My Running/Fitness Diary

Next run on Tuesday 26 February and Pilates on Thursday.
Week 3
Tuesday 26 February – 2 x 1.5 minute runs with 1.5 minute walk and 2 x 3 minute runs with 3 minute walk in beteween. 5 minute warm up and cool down.

Sunday 24 February – 6 x 1.5 minute runs with 2 x minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.

Week 2
Wednesday 20 February6 x 1.5 minute runs with 2 x minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.

Monday 18 February6 x 1.5 minute runs with 2 x minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.

Saturday 16 February8 x 1 minute runs with 1.5 minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.

Week 1
Thursday 14 February8 x 1 minute runs with 1.5 minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.

Tuesday 12 February8 x 1 minute runs with 1.5 minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.

Saturday 09 February8 x 1 minute runs with 1.5 minute walks in between and a 5 x minute warm up and cool down.
