Breakfast: Fruit with yoghurt
Lunch: Bacon, egg and mushroom salad
Dinner: Chicken casserole with jacket potato
Snacks: 50g butterkist sweek popcorn (need to finish the bag off)!, 2 x kallo ricecakes, 1 x slimming world snack bar, 2 x muller lights

Sunday 24 Feb
Breakfast: Porridge, fruit and yoghurt
Lunch: 2 x crispbreads with pilladelphia
Dinner: chicken casserole with rice (chicken, leeks, onions, mushrooms)
Snacks: 50g of butterkist sweet popcorn, 1 muller light

Saturday 23 Feb
Breakfast: Porridge made with water and topped up with Milk
Lunch: 1 x ryvita and 3 x crispbreads topped with smoked salmon and fresh lemon juice
Dinner: Ham, egg and homemade chips
Snacks: 1/2 a lemon cake and 1/2 a slimming world snack bar.

Friday 22 February
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit with a muller light
Lunch: 1 x ryvita and 2 x crispbreads with smoked salmon and freshly squeezed lemon.
Dinner:
Snacks: Approx 20 Carrot sticks with a chilli dip. 1 x muller light, 1 x dark chocolate coated rice cake, 3 x ryvita thins with chilli philladelphia.

Thursday 21 February
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit with a muller light
Lunch: At a funeral: 2 x sandwich quarters (one with egg and one with ham) 10 x frazzles, cous cous salad with rocket and beans, hula hoops (4 syns).
Dinner: chicken stir fry with chilli egg noodles.
Snacks: Half a slimming world snack bar (1.5 syns) (you are allowed up to 15 syns a day)

Wednesday 20 February
Breakfast: 2 x soft boiled eggs with 3 x wheat and gluten free crispbreads.
Lunch: 2 x ryvita’s and 2 x wheat and gluten free crispbreads with smoked salmon and prawns in a marie-rose sauce.
Dinner: Ham, new potato’s and 2 x fried eggs (fried in fry lite). Yum yum.
Snacks: Bowl of fruit with a muller light, 1 x muller light, 1 x kallo rice cake with dark chocolate.

Tuesday 19 February
Breakfast: Fruit (pineapple, kiwi, mango, melon, grapes, pomegranates) with yoghurt.
Lunch: 3 x ryvita’s with smoked salmon and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Dinner: roasted onions, garlic, tomoato, mushrooms with chicken and new potatoes.
Snacks: 2 x muller lights, mini bag of chocolate buttons, packet of walkers salt and vinegar french fries, 4 x chunks of lindt chocolate, 1 x batchelars noodles snack pot.

Monday 18th February
Breakfast: 2 x soft-boiled eggs with 3 x wheat and gluten-free crispbreads
Lunch: 3 x chilli ryvita’s with smoked salmon and a squeeze of fresh lemon
Dinner: Penne pasta and Bolognese with a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese.
Snacks: A bowl of fruit with yoghurt (pineapple, melon, mango, grapes, pomegranates.
Carrot sticks with a small amount of humus dip.
2 x mikado sticks
Banana
2 x muller lights.

Sunday 17th February
Breakfast: Fruit and Mullerlight
Lunch: Left over Spanish Chicken from the previous night (small portion)
Dinner: Roast Pork, 2 x roast potatoes, broccoli and runner beans (lots of the veg on my plate)
Strawberries with a teaspoon of vanilla ice cream.
Snack: Special K Dark Chocolate chewy delight (chopped up into little pieces so it lasts longer) and 2 x mikado sticks.
1 x crisp bread with chilli Philadelphia light.

>Saturday 16th February
Breakfast: Fruit and Mullerlight (Pineapple, Blueberries, melon, mango)
Lunch: Wheat and Gluten Free cripbread x 3 with smoked salmon
Dinner: The Hairy Bikers Spanish Chicken (I will put the recipe in the recipe section).
Mullerlight
Snacks: 1 x bachelors noodles snackshots curry flavour.

Friday 15th February 2013Breakfast: Banana and a Mullerlight
Lunch: Grilled chicken and bacon Salad (at out and this was the healthiest choice on the menu).
Tea: Jacket Potato with Prawns in a mayonnaise and tomato ketchup sauce.
Snacks: Glass of Bubbly at Hazels drinks party
a few of Olivia’s quavers and some of Frances’s packet of ready salted crisps.

Thursday 14th February 2013
Breakfast: Banana and a Muller Light Turkish Delight Yoghurt
Lunch: Smoked and Peppered Mackerel and a Vanilla Muller Light
Dinner: A surprise

Snacks
200g tub of fresh fruit (Pineapple, apple, grapes, melon, orange)
8 carrot sticks with a small dip of humus.

Comments:
I am so pleased with my snack options today although the humus is not entirely healthy but it is better than crisps or chocolate.

Wednesday 13th Feb
Breakfast
Bowl of mixed ready prepared fruit consisting of Strawberries, melon, mango, pineapple, blueberries, apple.
Lunch (at the pub)
Flatbread (pizza base type) with tomato puree, cheese and rocket
Diet Coke to drink (in the pub)
Snacks
1 x ryvita crispbread with a thin spread of light philadelphia Sweet Chilli.
2 x Kallo Organic Dark chocolate Rice Cake Thins
6 x Mikado Milk Chocolate biscuit sticks
Dinner
Mushroom Risotto with a small amount of grated parmesan.
Drink
Water all day approx 8 x glasses
